Airbrushed Temporary Tattoos are Risk Free and Easy

Tattoos look great on most people. When we see someone with a tattoo, it makes us want one as well. We see the attention they get and how they can tell a story to people about why they got it and what it means to them. Although tattoos are beautiful works of art, they are also very permanent. It is a lifetime commitment to something on your body and this fact scares a lot of people. If you are looking to see if a tattoo is right for you, then try airbrushed temporary tattoos first.

These non-permanent versions of the real thing are mostly done at carnivals, fairs and other special events. They have tents set up, where artists use an airbrush gun to create beautiful works of art on people. There is a wide variety of designs to choose from so you are sure to find something that you will like. The best part about airbrushed temporary tattoos is that they are just that, temporary. They wash off in about a week or so you don’t have the commitment or the pain either.

You will get the same effect as you would if you decided to go the permanent route, just without all of the consequences. Some tattoo sessions don’t go well and the person starts to bleed or faints because of the pain. This could lead to the artist becoming affected by it, since they may make a mistake if you move or budge. With airbrushed temporary tattoos, there is no worry. If the artists make a mistake, they can fix it. If you move or budge when getting airbrush tattoos, it’s not going to result in a life long mistake that you have to carry with you always.

In order to get permanent body art in most areas, you have to be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent. If you are young and don’t have your parent’s permission you can’t get one. However, if you are 15 or 16 you can still get some airbrush tattoos and your parents aren’t likely to get too irate. They don’t have to worry about you putting something on your body that is going to be there forever. You still get the feeling of having a tattoo and they have the reassurance of knowing it’s not always going to be there.

They are a fun and easy thing to try for anyone, regardless of age. It’s very cool to see what you would look like with a tattoo. You can even change up the design each time you get one. Airbrushed temporary tattoos are the ideal way to dress up your body and make a statement.

Although it is always best to design your own tattoo, tattoo books can be a helpful source of information and inspiration to help you get the perfect tattoo for you. There are hundreds of tattoo books. Each tattoo parlor will have their own available for you to peruse, showcasing literally tens of thousands of designs. There will be comic book tattoos, Celtic knots, naval tattoos, kanji, pinup girls, and probably a fair bit of the mythological stuff with dragons, eagles, and ghouls of all sorts which is so well known among tattoo fans. If you are really into tattoo books, you might even order one which shows the tattoos on actual peoples bodies. Then you don't have to simply contemplate the design. You can have some idea of how it will look in real life.

I looked for tattoo books for years before I was ready to get myself a tattoo. I knew I wanted something that incorporated a phoenix, but I had no idea how to go about it, so I watched how it showed up in the tattoo books. The phoenix is a very important personal symbol for me. I battled cancer for many years before finally making a full recovery, and the idea of a mystical rebirth is very near and dear to my heart. But none of the phoenix designs in the tattoo books were quite what I wanted. None of them came near. They all were really very bright and colorful, with many different colors as if a phoenix were a peacock.

What I wanted was something very plain, and I finally found my idea in one of the tattoo books. It was a picture of a crow done in very thin, graceful line drawing. It was gorgeous. It looked almost like a pencil drawing. I didn't want a crow, but I wanted a phoenix, one of the most fantastic of fantastic creatures, done in that simple, realistic style. I took the tattoo book in to a tattoo artist who I know and showed it to him. I explained that that was what I wanted, and he said that he could do it, and got to work sketching. When he was done, he had something perfect, more beautiful than any of the designs in the tattoo books which I had looked for. I sat down right then, and he began to do that phoenix on my thigh.
